Boys and Girls basketball games scheduled for Shepherd today Tuesday, February 9 have been postponed. We are hopeful the games can be rescheduled next week and we will put information out as soon as we hear from Shepherd.

Please be advised that due to inclement weather conditions, buses will NOT be running this morning, 2/8. If weather improves, buses will run in the afternoon for students that make it to school with alternate transportation this morning.

Saturday the Panthers play in Red Lodge with games beginning at 2:00pm. The order will be GJV, BJV, GV, BM.
Basketball Note:
Thursday and Saturday will have half a JV Boys game. Please plan for the games to move to the next game rather than wait for the scheduled times.
Games order will be: 3:00pm Girls JV, 4:30 Boys JV followed by Senior Recognition, 5:30 Girls Varsity, 7:00 Boys Varsity.

Senior Recognition for Football and Cross Country will be during our Huntley Project basketball game Thursday January 28. Recognition will begin immediately following the boys JV game at roughly 5:30pm. Each senior to be honored will have 5 guest tickets.
If a FB/XC Senior is also a BB/GB player they will only get 5 guests.
Due to Panther injuries we will only play half a boys JV game today vs Shepherd. This means the varsity games will begin a bit early.
Game times will roughly be GJV3:00, BJV4:30,GV5:30,BV7:00.
Due to a couple injuries to the Winnett GB team tonight there will only be a 1/2 girls JV Game to begin at 3:30 followed by boys JV, Girls Varsity and finally boys varsity.

Here is some information for those fans planning to attend the basketball games in Winnett on Tuesday 1-19-21.
WGR Winter Sports Fan Policy
Per the governor’s mandate, masks and social distancing will be required at game sites.
Four guests will be admitted per home suited athlete or coach, and one guest per manager and team personnel, according to a list provided by the home team.
Two guests will be admitted per away suited athlete or coach, and one guest per manager and team personnel according to the list provided by the visiting team - to include administrators, bookkeepers, and bus drivers.
A sign-in sheet will be present for fans attending for the purposes of contact tracing.
Home and Away fan sections will be marked to limit contact among fans.
Teams will have designated areas so they can properly socially distance while they are on the bench.
Concessions will be available.

Admission is $4 students & seniors, $6 adults-and they just show their pass with payment.
We wanted to remind people who are on the guest list must still pay $5 per person at the gate for games. There is no discount for children or seniors. Those people who present Golden Tickets will not be charged. Due to COVID concerns we do not have our ticket takers make change.
