Roundup School District

On Wednesday, May 18th, students will have the opportunity to get a physical for participation in extra curricular activities next year.  Students who will be in 5th, 6th and 7th grade will need a physical to participate in any extra curricular activity.  The cost of the physical is $25.00 and it can be paid by check or cash.  Checks need to be made out to ROUNDUP MEMERIAL HEALTHCARE.  There is a form parents will need to fill prior to the examination.  Those forms are available at the Roundup Elementary Office.  If you have any questions please call 406-323-1512.
