September 3rd - 6th 4-Day School Week

Updates 

• 1st Period starts at 7:55 am

  • Tardy Bell at 8:00 am

• School ends at 3:30 pm

• Five (5) minutes for passing time between classes

• Lockers - All students have been assigned a locker and a lock. Student materials and supplies should be stored in their locker. 

• Backpacks - For safety reasons, backpacks are no longer allowed in the classroom. Backpacks are required to be stored in student lockers. Students have five minutes to grab materials between classes from their lockers. 

• Cell Phones

  • Per District Policy 3630, cell phones or other electronic devices are prohibited from 8:00 am - 3:30 pm during the school day. 

  • High School students are allowed to use their phones during high school lunch. 

  • Phones should be stored in the student's locker during the school day.

  • If you need to reach your student, please call the main office, and we will send your message to your child. 

• Attendance

  • At four (4) unexcused absences, parents/guardians will be notified of excessive absences.

  • At six (6) unexcused absences, students and guardians will be required to attend an attendance committee meeting to develop an attendance improvement plan. 

  • At ten (10) or more unexcused absences, students may lose credit for the semester class.

  • Guardians need to call the school when their student misses school. All absences will be marked as unexcused until a note is provided. 

• All students will be given a Student Handbook during the first week of school. The sign-off form for this will be due back by Tuesday, September 3rd.

• Tuesday, September 3rd will be the last day of school for schedule changes.
