We would like to celebrate the success of the Roundup High School Art program. Ms. Unterseher worked this summer with Ms. Mozqueda from Musselshell County Prevention , and a group of art students to develop a mural for the Montana Meth Project. The students involved include: Ayden Mozqueda, Caitlin Barber, Skyler Hamilton, Trent Hamilton, and Ciannon Crittenden.
Ciannon designed the mural electronically first, and the students enlarged it using the bricks as a grid. NOT easy! There are huge prizes to be won. $10,000 for top Teen entry, $10,000 for top Adult entry, and $10,000 for People's Choice Award. One entry could possibly win $20,000. Regional and statewide judging has begun and anyone can vote on the People's Choice starting now through August 17th . Please visit paintthestate.org to vote.
We also have a second entry from recent Roundup Graduate Julianne Landgren.
